This is Pino. He’s in extremely poor condition The owner really cares about him, but didn’t know where to turn to for help when Pino started to decline. Hopefully we have gotten to him in time to turn his life around. He’s such a sweet little dog. The vet said he has mange, anaemia and is severely starved.
