Another puppy dumped right outside the shelter. Meet Romeo, the tiny boy who stole our hearts.
We are struggling for space and donations, but how could we not take him in? He’s at the veterinary clinic being taken care of at the moment, but he’s happy to have food in his little belly and a safe place to be a pup.
